JPS Consulting is the client-facing practice through which the RoI² methodology is delivered to organisations.

The practice is led by Jukka-Pekka Spets, a Fractional CMO working at the intersection of marketing measurement, decision architecture, and applied AI. The work is built on a single conviction: that most B2B marketing spend correlates with growth, but very little of it causes it — and that this distinction has a precise, quantifiable commercial consequence.

The diagnostic entry point is Brand Demand Scan, a structured analysis of search demand data that quantifies the gap between a business’s existing brand awareness and its capture of active category demand. It is delivered within 48 to 72 hours using data the client already holds. No implementation is required.

For businesses where the diagnostic identifies a structural problem worth addressing, engagements extend into advisory and Fractional CMO arrangements, typically three to nine months, embedded at leadership level.
